Suggested Use: Put 2-3 scoops of herb in a large bowl. Pour 1C boiling water over herbs. Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes. Hold your face at a comfortable distance in the steam and cover your head with a towel to hold in steam. Rest there for 5-10 minutes while deeply inhaling the vapors.
